Leadership

Throughout OT school, my view of leadership has changed a lot. I have never considered myself to be a leader but I have been given many opportunities throughout the past 20 months to demonstrate leadership qualities. We are constantly being put into group projects and I find myself taking on the role of leader when others do not. I definitely have a "situational" leadership personality but that is more than I would have ever said before school. I have taken on a lot more leadership roles in recent months than I have ever before and I am very thankful for those opportunities. It has helped me grow as an individual and as a future OT practitioner.
